Scholarship Distribution Program Concludes at Aadikavi Bhanubhakta Secondary School

Today marked the successful conclusion of the scholarship distribution program for students in classes 11 and 12 at Aadikavi Bhanubhakta Secondary School. The event saw insightful discussions regarding the responsibilities of scholarship recipients and the expectations the Campus holds for them.

Chaired by Rishiram Dhungana, Chairman of the Aadikavi Bhanubhakta Secondary School Management Committee, the program was attended by prominent figures including Buddhi Man Shrestha, Chairman of the Aadikavi Bhanubhakta Campus Management Committee, Mahaprasad Hadkhale, Campus Chief, Dr. Ram Kumar Adhikari, Assistant Campus Chief, and former Campus Principal Chiranjeevi Basnet, all of whom shared valuable insights during the event.

Facilitated by Basnet, the program focused on fostering a sense of responsibility and dedication among scholarship recipients. A total of 217 students benefited from the scholarships, with Rs. 5,400 allocated for class 9 students, 123 students in class 11, and 93 students in class 12. The scholarships amounted to NPR 6,01,300 and NPR 4,34,400 for classes 11 and 12, respectively, totaling NPR 10,41,100.

This year, a commendable 33% of students received scholarships, highlighting the school's commitment to promoting academic excellence and equal opportunities for all. It is noteworthy that the government of Nepal has mandated a policy to provide scholarships to 12% of students, further emphasizing the significance of such initiatives in fostering inclusive education and socio-economic development.

The scholarship distribution program serves as a testament to Aadikavi Bhanubhakta Secondary School's dedication to nurturing talent and empowering students to achieve their academic aspirations.
